Reade's Lair

Abandoned castle just south of Zaifar, keeps a few repaired abodes for guests.

Sleeps in the courtyard. No bedding, cobblestone floor. Rains frequently. He doesn't mind any of these things. Keeps a handful of mattresses and bedrolls for people who want to camp out under his wings.

Castle basement/dungeon has been hidden, secret entrance has been dug out which allows him access to his "expensive valuables" hoard.
